Add yeast and slightly  beaten egg.  Sift flour into liquids and beat  Cover and let rise for 1 hour.  Roll out and dip into milted butter and fold in half. I make this and Trevor and I eat it all week long. It's good with chips or all by itself and its a good excuse to eat healthy food.
